Booking & Purchases
- All single sessions and class packages must be purchased through the Brrn Barre App or Website.
- We do not accept bookings or purchases in person or over the phone.
- All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- You need to be 18 years old to attend Brrn Barre. Clients aged 16-17 will require a signature from a parent or guardian in-studio.
- Please be on your mat at the start time of class.
- Clients must inform the instructor of any injuries or pregnancy prior to class.
- Pregnant clients are not permitted to attend classes held in hot rooms for safety reasons.
LATE POLICY
- New clients must arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their class start time
- Clients arriving later than 5 minutes of the class starting will not be permitted into the class. No Exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
- We maintain a strict 6-hour cancellation policy to ensure fairness and availability for all clients
- Any cancellations or changes made within 6 hours of the scheduled class will result in a loss of credit. No exceptions.
- No show = Loss of Credit.
Lost & Found
Brrn Barre is not responsible for any lost, stolen or forgotten items.
