A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER.

“Every doctor and physiotherapist I saw after my car accident at the age of 17 advised me to try Pilates to help with my ailments. My body needed to be strengthened, and I needed to regain my mobility and flexibility.

This is how my passion for Pilates began. I trained in London to obtain my classical certification, which was very essential to me. I made the decision to become a teacher after ten years of self-study and numerous class experiences with various teachers.
