Cancellation and Attendance Policy at Brrn Barre
- Cancellation Policy: Brrn Barre maintains a strict 6-hour cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all clients and our instructors. Please review the following guidelines:
- Cancellation Charges: Any cancellations or changes made to your reservation within 6 hours of the class start time will incur a charge of AED 55. You will retain your class credit and use it to book any other class within 1 week of your cancelled class.
- No-Show Policy: Clients who do not attend and fail to notify us will forfeit their session or credit.
- Late Arrival Policy: We enforce a 5-minute late arrival policy for hot and warm classes. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter the class, resulting in the loss of your session/credit.
- Filming Restrictions: To maintain a respectful environment, no filming is permitted inside the studio while classes are in progress.
Session & Package Policy
- Purchasing Classes: All single sessions & packages must be purchased through our Brrn Barre Application or Website.
- Refund Policy: Classes and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. No Exceptions.
- Age Policy: Clients must be 18+ to attend all classes at Brrn Barre. Should a valid ID not be present upon request, Brrn Barre reserves the right to deny entry into the class.
- Health & Safety: Any injuries or pregnancies must be declared to the instructor before the class. Participation in the HOT classes is not permitted for pregnant women.
